While preparing for my trip to Norway, I had high expectations of taking fantastic photographs.

But reality quickly forced me to lower those expectations. Travelling is a complex activity that confronts the traveller – or photographer – with unforeseen situations, circumstances and landscapes that can change, for better or worse, their relationship with the regions they visit. My photography was affected by my perception of Norway and its landscapes throughout the trip, as I explain in the introduction to my gallery.

In any case, after a few months of delay, I have managed to edit the photos from the trip and create a gallery that I now dare to present.

Expectativas no cumplidas en Noruega

Mientras preparaba el viaje a Noruega, mis expectativas de obtener fantásticas fotografías eran enormes.

Pero la realidad rápidamente me hizo reducir aquellas expectativas. Viajar es una compleja actividad que enfrenta al viajero – o fotógrafo – a situaciones, circunstancias y paisajes imprevistos que pueden modificar, para bien o para mal, su relacion con las regiones visitadas. Mi fotografía se vió afectada por mi percepción de Noruega y sus paisajes, como explico en la presentación de mi galería.

En cualquier caso, tras unos meses de dilación, he conseguido editar las fotos del viaje y hacer una galeria que hoy me atrevo a presentarla.
