As landscape photographer, I’m mostly interested in the grand vistas, the vast expanses that make up landscapes with great depth. Last Spring I discovered that small scenes can have a great interest too. Photographs of flowers close ups can make extraordinary images on their own.
At the beginning I had a lot of problems figuring out the working distance of my lens, not a true macro lens. But some blurry pictures with an ethereal effect encouraged me to persist, and decided to begin a new project.
